Welcome to Vila Liva. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings, reservations and stays at our villa on Samos. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed once we have confirmed it in writing or by email.
• Once confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total tour price must be paid. The remaining balance must be paid no later than three weeks before arrival.
• For bookings made within three weeks of arrival, the full travel sum is payable immediately.
2. Cancellation
If you need to cancel the booking, the following arrangements apply:
Cancellation up to thirty days before arrival: the deposit will be retained.
• Cancellation within fourteen days of arrival: the full tour price is payable.
• We highly recommend taking out good cancellation insurance.
3. Arrival, Stay and Departure
Check-in: From 11:00 AM. Check-out: By 10:00 AM. (Different times by arrangement).
Vila Liva is suitable for a maximum of 5 guests. Overnight stays by additional persons are not permitted without prior authorisation.
Respect for nature and the environment is central to us. We ask our guests to use water and energy (including air conditioning) consciously and sustainably.
4. Damage and Liability
Vila Liva has been built with great care and authentic materials. As a guest, you are liable for any damage caused to the villa, its contents, or the garden during your stay, by yourself or your fellow guests. Please report any damage to us immediately.
Vila Liva (Linda and Vanessa) is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to guests' property, nor for personal injury sustained during their stay or during activities on the island.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or government measures) preventing the stay from taking place, we will consult to find a suitable solution (such as rebooking), but we cannot be held liable for compensation.
